0:27.0	Another gloomy day in markets, Oil continues to be in a tail spin, with the more long dated
0:31.6	WTSI futures down severely.
0:34.0	Interestingly, energy stocks were down only slightly today,
0:37.0	perhaps reflecting the more optimistic forward curve for W.T.
0:41.0	Meanwhile, stocks had a melancholic day as well, but U.S. equities are still pricing
0:45.6	in that the U.S. economy will reopen soon. In other news, many states' issuances of stay-at-home orders
0:51.7	are still set to expire on April 30th, and states like Tennessee
0:55.0	and Ohio are expected to allow most businesses to reopen on May 1st in the midst of major
1:00.2	pressure from protesters and constituents to reopen the economy.
1:03.6	Yet as Ohio begins to prepare to reopen,
1:06.2	they've had close to 13,000 confirmed cases and almost 500 confirmed deaths.
1:11.9	Recently, it's been discovered that the Marion Correctional Center
1:14.9	about an hour north of Columbus has become a hot spot for COVID-19, 1,828 inmates,
1:21.2	73% of the total inmate population and 109 staff members tested
1:26.1	positive which accounts for roughly 20% of total cases in Ohio. Daily confirmed
1:31.0	cases in Ohio have accelerated over the last few days as well.
1:34.0	The Marion Correctional Center may have had an impact on this, but it is still concerning the pace at which cases are being reported.
