The Day six of the Twilight Zone podcast Advent Calendar and Jay sends in a question,

what is a show or movie you think Rod would like if he was still with us interesting question

because i think it's quite broad you know we probably shouldn't fall into the trap of just choosing

something that is the most like the twilight zone because rod had quite a eclectic interest in stuff, you know? That was just one aspect

of what he'd done, but it's also tempting to do that as well. So I'm very curious to see what your

pick is on this one, I actually thought this one was quite tricky because all of the

bog standard answers where like you say

you know you try and think of something that's a sort of twilight zone-esque the ones I initially

kind of came up with were a black mirror but I think this it's just it's too violent you know they're

swearing in it I'm not it's it, it's difficult to know whether, you know,

J men, if he were to be born now, or he was to, you know, suddenly see these things and things,

because I do think that a lot of these things are a bit extravagant when it comes to the violence

and the swearing of things. And for the same reason, you know, Westworld was one of the things that I thought of too.

But I do think, again, it's violent.

You know, there's sex in it.

They're swearing.

There's all this kind of stuff.

And I'm not sure that that necessarily would have been his vibe.

I'm not sure.
