The Day 16 of the Twilight Zone podcast Advent Calendar. Our old friend Chad Boykin, author of the Twilight Zone Haiku.

Hopefully that's going to be in your Christmas stocking this year.

But he says,

What character or story from the Twilight Zone would you spin off into its own story?

I found this one quite tricky, so I'm going to let you go first on this one, Emmy.

Okay. My answer's not going to be

very good. I don't know so the I think when I was thinking about this question I was thinking

where were there episodes where I think we could really take this nugget of a story and really tell far more about it.

You know, where were the characters where I wanted to find out what happened next?

Where did they, how did they evolve, what went on with them afterwards?

And I like the idea.

If I'm thinking of it with a more adventure head on,

I like the idea of the Howling Man and this concept of, you know, trailing the

howling man, trailing the devil, trying to catch him, you know, the things he does

afterwards, the people he meets afterwards and things.

I think that there's quite a lot of potential there for something else.

And it does end in quite an ambiguous note, the episode itself.

So yeah, I think something like that where you could really expand upon it,

you could find out a little bit more about all the characters, how they came to be.

You know, just give it a little bit more weight and give it its own story.
