Hey, everybody. Welcome back to the muscle intelligence podcast. I am your host, Ben Pocolsky.

Thank you very much for joining me. If you don't know me, I grew up as what I'll call skinny fat.

All through my teenage years, I really wanted to be lean, healthy, and muscular. I've learned so many lessons along my way to becoming one of the largest bodybuilders on the planet, one of the top Mr. Olympia competitors in the world, and I struggled so much along the way.

And that really allows me to empathize, to relate, to understand exactly where you are.

Not only do I have the theoretical knowledge, literally having taken, I think, every certification

under the sun, having been blessed to I think, every certification under the sun,

having been blessed to study and be mentored under the top educators in the world for 25 years now.

But I've also pushed my body to limits and levels that people simply would never understand.

I see where theory breaks down.
