Hey, guys. Dude is on fire, man. What's up, Zach? How are you, brother? Doing great, dude. How are you doing? I am great. We are looking forward to talk to Zach is our IPM authoritae. He is, yeah, hopefully going to help us with the powdery mildew that we've all played around with. There's bud molds. There's a bunch of stuff, man.

I'm not playing. Brother. I'm not playing with powder mildew, man. That's not the right words. I'm not playing with that stuff. But I did that. But I say that. I don't mean. Powder and mildew don't play. What I was hoping to go over today, guys, is, you know, one of the five most common things that I see growers deal with on a consistent basis.

Three bugs, two pathogens, a commercial approach, a homegrower approach, and a biological approach.

And, you know, if we have any questions or anything during the spiel, while I'm talking about it, you guys let me know.

But hopefully by the end of this show, everybody will have a educated game plan on how to keep their gardens clean and pest free moving forward. Yes, I dig it. I love it. See, Scotty, I don't even know why you wrote a format. Zach's like ready to rock, man. So why don't I'm sorry. I don't know why I prepared either. But you know why? I me make sure I didn't miss some things. We actually put a post up. I put a post up on real dGC.com and I said, hey, what kind of questions do you have for Zach? So have some of those, man. Awesome.

Well, I want to lead it off, dude. If you're ready to rock with these five most common things, I know I'm one of them. I have one of them. But yeah, let's get into it. You know, I think I'll start with powdery mildew because that seems to be the hot topic. PM is something that if you haven't had yet, you haven't been growing long enough. It makes me feel better.

Like, man, everybody's going to get at some point.

It's one of those things that just kind of finds its way into the garden.

And I don't care how much diligence you have.

Equipment will degrade.

And so the first thing we always want to look at if we have a powdery mildew outbreak is why did this occur? And, you know,

mold and mildew will only grow when the environment is conducive for it to do so. And so the first thing I always ask growers is, are your environmental parameters where they need to be? And by where they

need to be, what I mean is can you set your AC to 60 and your D-Hue to 10 and have them hit those numbers? Because if you can't, your equipment might be undersized a little bit. You know, if we had an AC unit that was sufficient when we started, but it's three years old. It's just like a car, man. That engine is powerful. It's going to, I'm sorry, what were you going to say? Half the growers just tapped out. I mean, you're saying AC to 60 and dehumid to 10 and then be able to hit those parameters with an active grow, with lights on, with plants in there, with everything happening. If you need to is what you're saying. If being able to control that environmental swing is what is going to allow us to eliminate powdery mildew

in the long run. Sure. You're saying that's the test. That's the test. It should be able,

if it's properly sized, it should be able to get to 60% humidity. I'm sorry, 10% humidity and hold 60

degrees. It doesn't mean we're growing in that. That's just the best for it to be properly sized.

That just shows us that our equipment is capable of controlling our own, however we want.

That makes sense.

And so the first thing that we look at is does the equipment do what we need it to do?
