So we're going to talk about adult children of alcoholics. If you haven't heard part one of this episode, you gotta go back to get some context of what we're talking about.

Okay, so quickly, I'm talking about 13 tenants and I'm going to refer to adult children of alcoholics as adult children or ACOAs.

So ACOAs, guess what normal behavior is. They have difficulty following a project through from beginning to end.

They lie when it would be just as easy to tell the truth. They judge themselves without mercy.

They have difficulty having fun. They take themselves very seriously. They have difficulty with intimate relationships.

That one may ring true for you guys. And ACOAs overreact to changes over which they have no control and for very good reason.
