Now let's jump into the show. When it comes to vacant land,

it's probably vacant for a reason. And a lot of people don't know this. Because the seller

wants some crazy number. Well, that and it's because maybe like before, like if it has been vacant

for a lot, like its use was when the city, let say was you know building the infrastructure to you know

provide like you know water and electricity for that area etc they're like oh this is just going to be a

freaking stupid parking lot like it doesn't need that let's say some costs and like let's this thing

is not entitled to any water rights or so i have some people sometimes like

hey i just bought this land i'm trying to develop it et cetera and i'm like dude i just did like you know

two days worth of research and i found out like you don't have any freaking water rights like what does

that mean like the city is not going to like literally, you do not have water.

Like, you know, nothing you could do about that.
