first of all, welcome. Thank you so much for listening. Second of all, this episode is 100% different

from any other episode that we've done thus far. This week, our episode is dedicated to body image.

Usually, I have a funny guest on the show, and we talk about love and relationships,

and we swap stories, and it's very fun, and sometimes it's sad, but it's mostly silly.

But this week, we're just going to talk about body image.

I, months ago, at the end of my episode with Anthony Atamanick, the very funny comedian out of New York City,

I announced that I was committing to getting healthy and

losing weight, perhaps, and that I would, on August 16th, post pictures of myself wearing a

bikini. And I called that, I love my terrible body. And it

sounds silly as I am saying it out loud. But I announced that and I said if anybody else wanted to

join me in that commitment that that would be great. I started a forum. I answered your emails.

I got a lot of great emails.
