My unsung hero is the man in the Panama hat on the flight to Boston.

I don't know who they were.

I can't even remember their face.

But I do remember what they did for me that day.

And I remain grateful.

Today's story comes from Adriane Drazen.

Some years ago, Adrienne was flying overseas with her three children, ages two, four, and

three months.

Her husband wasn't able to go with her, so she had to travel with the three young kids all

by herself.

After a long flight, she got up to leave the plane.

She was hauling a carry-on suitcase, multiple diaper bags, and her baby in a car seat.

Her two-year-old and four-year-old followed behind her.

They de-plane and stopped to wait for their stroller.

As they waited, Adrian noticed a family, two parents, two young kids, standing there next to her.

They looked like they had everything they needed, but they seemed to be waiting for something.
