So I was just saying offline.

I know this isn't your first rodeo on the podcast, and you've done a few,

and you've talked about your running background before. But just to set the table here,

could you give the audience maybe a minute or two on what attracted you to our sport and how you got

involved? Yeah. So I've been running for 15 years now or so.
