0:06.5	episode that you're about to listen to, I actually recorded a while back with Adria.
0:13.3	And I couldn't stop thinking about it because as much as I wouldn't like to admit it,
0:19.0	and as much as I'd like to be eloquent all the time, I think that there were some ways
0:24.7	that I worded things throughout this episode that I wish I would have worded better.
0:30.0	And so I wanted to take a moment to be direct with you here because I felt like in this
0:35.8	episode as I thought about it and thought about it, I kind of beat around the bush and
0:41.1	wasn't as direct as I wanted to be.
0:44.1	What I want to say is without a shadow of a doubt what is happening within Ukraine is
0:50.5	one of just the worst things that I've ever witnessed happen, right?
0:57.9	And while I am so taken aback by what's happened and so concerned and so hurt and hurting
1:05.2	along with the people of Ukraine and trying to help in any way shape and form that I can,
1:11.6	what I was trying to say and where I want to be direct here is that I know that there
1:16.5	are a lot of people who are really worried about the world getting pulled back into another
1:23.3	world war.
1:25.4	And I wanted people to hear me say that as I've been in meditation over the last month
1:32.5	and I got to tell you to begin with when this all started, the energy was very, very heavy
1:38.4	right?
1:39.4	And I was just trying to feel my way through it as everybody else was.
1:45.4	But what started to happen a couple of weeks in is I started to feel just the most large
1:52.2	angel presence here on earth that I've ever felt and I feel angel presence all the time,
2:00.2	but it's magnified right now.
