before I dig into it, I want to make sure I highlight that it's kind of a debate in like the health

wellness medical world. There are some doctors and providers and you know, researchers who are like,

yeah, that's not really a thing. And then there are many who are like, and that's definitely a thing.

So here's what I'm going to do. I am going to share a little bit of my experience and how I even came

to hear this term and what led me to kind of discover this as a concept in general. And then I will

share a little bit of a breakdown from different schools of thought from the school of thought that

kind of is more of a proponent of the fact that this can be a real thing as well as some thoughts
