Hey everyone, welcome to a good football show. I am Matt Straup. It is Thursday, August

5th. We have five weeks to go until the start of the 2021 regular season and today.

We are going to be looking at some training camp news that may be forcing our hand to adjust

the rankings. Some rookies are moving up, some veterans are potentially moving down and

more to tackle this. I am joined by John Dagle, Pat Dirty and Denny Carter. Guys, before we begin,

I just wanted to give a quick note on attendance. Now, last week, I missed the show. The week

before we had no pat, the week before we had no Dagle. So, it's now been a month according to

my math since the four of us sat down on a Thursday to do a podcast and Mr. CD Carter has been

the only constant. So, Denny, I just want to say it, even if these guys won't, you are a rock.

Perseverance, your poise and your consistency have really stood out this summer and I'm proud of

you. I appreciate it. I never log off and I never miss a podcast. Those are two things that I

refuse to do. And really, many have called me the Cal Ripken podcast. I can't help that, but I

do appreciate the compliment. That consistent attendance in class has not been enough to not get

you fired at least five times. The perseverance through the firings. I mean, some could say it's

problematic that you keep showing up and you're trying to force a constitutional crisis with NBC HR

by continually reporting on the podcast that you've been fired for. I am highly litigious

if nothing else. And you were rewarded, Denny, with pre-season DFS showdowns on Thursday night.
