Really, the big movement was yesterday when Mitt Romney said he's a yes vote.

So they have the votes now and they're just, it's just going to happen.

The when is still a question and it's I think it's still interesting to discuss the strategy.

I don't, I don't know what's the best move.

If you're Trump, if you're Mitch McConnell, if you're the Democrats, I don't, I don't know what's the best move.

But there seems to be some momentum for trying to get it done before the election.

I, I think you should, I think they should.

I just get the judge.

Don't square or the election.

Don't be too clever.

But if your Trump isn't holding it out there, give you more heat by, you know, having people feel like we got a vote for Trump.

He wins.

He gets to name his guy or a woman a conservative.

We can get him through.

We got to turn out for Trump.

If he gets it done before the election, well, it's a gamble because I believe, and if you care about this stuff, you care about it.

If you don't, you don't.

But I think if Trump loses the election and or especially and the, the Senate goes blue,

to then go ahead and appoint that person to the Supreme Court will whip up a lot of people that it's illegitimate,
