narcissist you may ask? Well, for the purposes of this podcast, we refer to a narcissist as anyone

who has displayed a pattern of behavior that shows a limited capacity

to appreciate others' perspectives.

It is that simple.

And also, everyone, before we get into the show, it is Domestic Violence Awareness Month.

We are going to be doing a 5K run on October 30th at 8 p.m. Eastern. You can walk it.

If you're in wheelchair, you can go by wheelchair. You can do it any way you want.

We're going to 5 kilometers to 3.1 miles for you people in America.

You can raise money yourself for an agency, a person, a shelter, or you can just do it for

awareness, posted on your social media, social media hashtag run for DV.

And we're doing this for the whole month of October.
