0:00.0	So I'm going to do something today that I don't normally do, but I need to tell you first how it came about.
0:04.5	So I publish YouTube videos on Tuesdays and then Fridays, then I publish podcasts.
0:11.6	But here's what happens. Okay. So I publish YouTube videos on Tuesdays. I try to do it around noon,
0:17.4	central daylight time. Sometimes it works. Sometimes it doesn't. But this particular Tuesday,
0:22.1	I was publishing my video on testing out new organizing products and I wasn't going to be home,
0:26.8	I was running the kids around. So I scheduled it to post. I don't know, around noon.
0:31.1	Well, the day got busy and I didn't check in. I usually like to check in after it post and look
0:35.7	at the comments just to make sure everything's going smoothly.
0:38.7	People aren't like, oh, no, why did you have that clip in there or something like horrifying that I need to take it down quick or anything like that?
0:45.3	So I hadn't checked into the comments.
0:47.5	I stopped in at my parents' house.
0:49.2	And my mom, she was like, your video was great today, but oh, no, the comments.
0:55.1	And I was like, oh, no, what?
0:58.3	You know, and I'm thinking, I'm like, organizing products, organizing products.
1:01.2	I don't know.
1:01.7	Was there anything that controversial?
1:03.6	She was like, yeah, people were really having a problem with like how much plastic you were
1:06.8	bringing into your home saying that it was really unnecessary.
1:09.7	And so I was like, shoot,
1:12.4	I didn't, I honestly didn't really expect this video to be that controversial. So today I want to
1:17.4	address some of the negative comments. I don't even think they were meant to be hateful. I think,
