today. Thank you so much for having me. I'm excited to be here. Oh, I'm so excited. So for

those that are listening that maybe don't know you yet, will you just share it a little bit about

yourself and about your family? Yeah, sure. My name is Alex and I serve as a wellness consultant

in coach. And then I speak and write on topics related to wellness in the physical body. I have a

16 year background in the field of health and wellness as well as several years of experience

in the local church study and ministry. I love one is ministry. I love teaching the Bible,

so that's in my background as well. So I earned my doctorate in education from Southern seminary

and a master's in biblical counseling from Dallas seminary. And then at Southern, my doctoral

thesis was focused on the relationship between human embodiment and spiritual formation.

I felt a little bit about my background. Then my family and my husband and I have been married

for 14 years. And his name is Coleman. He serves as assistant professor of humanities at Texas

Baptist College and also teaches at Southwestern seminary. And then we have two daughters,

six year old colette and one year old Charlotte and a three year old boy named Matthew and they

love Jesus, which is so amazing. They're very lively. Thank you for those. We have a lot of fun

together as a family. So that's a little bit about myself. Yeah, I love that. I know we've been
