1:01.4	sexual problems often are related to past trauma and pain. So you've done a
1:07.1	lot of counseling. What are some of the most common challenges in this aspect of
1:11.2	the marriage relationship? They I mean this can show up in many different ways
1:16.2	and it's it's that painful past you know creates fears and shame toxic shame
1:24.7	within an individual and especially if it's hidden and it's you know rooted
1:30.0	very deeply. Things are showing up and it's not making sense and so it's it's
1:35.6	key for that person to to really dig in and explore what is going on here
1:40.4	because the spouse might be going I don't know what's going on but I I notice
1:45.2	you know there's resistance to engaging insects because in some ways it could
1:49.4	be like PTSD and so it's worth digging into into the deeper realities painful
