In this video, we're going to explore how relationships can be addictive in nature.

Notice I use quotation marks because technically addictive relationships, that's not a diagnosis, but it characterizes for a lot of people what we'll be talking about.

We'll identify some of the causes of addictive relationships, define characteristics of healthy relationships, and develop a strategy to begin addressing addictive.
