Summary
This week, Tara Booker comes back to help Kat break down the basics of addiction. Which, you might be laughing at because there is nothing basic about explaining and understanding addiction. If you’ve ever struggled with addiction or loved someone who has, you’ll resonate with the fact that it’s a very confusing experience to have and watch. The behavior often makes zero sense when looking at it with just our naked eyes. This is largely due to the fact that a lot of the dysfunction is tied to what’s happening in our brains. So, join Tara and Kat today as they begin to help us all gain a little more understanding so we can all bring more compassion and hopefully healing to those that struggle with this disease affects.
