A little change of pace here for our Friday weekend show.

We're going to be looking at some must-start pitchers, some sleeper hitters that you should be looking at for this weekend and potentially guys that could stay on your roster even beyond this weekend. Bubba, great to talk with you again. We've done, this is our third fantasy pro show of the week. And we are going to be kicking things off today with your start of the weekend and you're going close to home here

with Landon Rope. Yep, we're going the Landon Rup route and he's been absolutely outstanding

this season for the Giants. Last year, I was very excited for him. Injuries derailed that potential.

Some people in the Bay say this is a kind of Logan Webb type formula here, which would be music

to our ears in the Bay. But Landon Rupert, type formula here which would be music to our ears

in the Bay but Leonard Rupes he's allowed one and runner less than four out of five starts this

year six innings or more and three out of the four I'd be quality starts folks 31ks to

12 walks and the backup numbers have showcased for a 314 XERA he pounds the zone a 17%

k to walk which we absolutely love to see. And more importantly, it's a Sunday getaway day by the bay against the Miami Marlins. A Marlins team, that's pesky. I'll give him that hit in 268 on the year, first right-handed pitching. But a 109 WRC plus doesn't terrify me. And they're striking out 21% of the time versus righties, Landon Rup, he got it done versus the Dodgers in his last start in Great American Small Park. He's had very tough competition. It has not derailed him. So Landon Rup is my dude this week. If you're looking for someone to stream, he's not on the tip of everybody's radar. He should be and hopefully will be very soon. Yeah, he's a guy that you can find pretty much everywhere. And that's kind of the same thing with my guy. Maybe my guy is on a few more rosters, but Reid Detmer's is still somebody that you should be able to find on those 10 and 12 team league waiver wires. I mentioned him on a show earlier this week on the channel, but I've just never been able to quit him. The skills have always been there below the surface. Now, on the surface, they have been pretty rough over the last couple years. He was demoted to the bullpen in 2025. But his five starts this year have been really, really good. I know somebody is going to say he's a 408 ERA, but he has a 274 expected ERA. He's a 304 FIP, and his Sierra is sitting at 345.

So he's been a little bit better than what the numbers on the surface would suggest. He's not walking batters the way that we have seen in the past down below 7%. The whip is really good at 108. eight and the best part is he gets to face the Kansas City Royals this Sunday, a team that

I still have high hopes for, but they have not been hitting well to start the year. So Reed Detmer's and Landon Rout, those are our starts of the weekend. Sleeper hitter, Bubba. Everson Pereira is the name for you here. Yeah, Everson Pereira is the guy that I've kind of got turned on to early in the season. had a really nice spring for the Chicago White Sox former Yankees farm hand.

We're talking to a 25-year-old ball player, a lot of young, a lot of young talent there with the White Sox that are very intriguing for fantasy. But Pereira is a guy that hits fifth primarily every single day. Lefties right, he does not matter. he's one of the bigger bat speed improvers if you believe in that metric.
