You know, one of the number one reasons why people go to the doctor is these days, it's actually fatigue. And I think

0:42.0

this is not surprising. More and more fatigue is a common complaint amongst modern human beings.

0:50.3

And it's one of the major reasons why they go to the doctor. And I think this means that we need to

0:56.1

consider this and understand it on a deeper level and have good therapeutic strategies for how to

1:06.2

address the fatigued client. Because if you are practicing clinical herbalism, it is guaranteed that you

1:15.0

like there is a lot of common misunderstanding about what plants actually are adaptogens, what

2:13.4

adaptogens do, and most importantly, how to appropriately use adaptogens for the fatigued

2:22.7

client. And when I say that latter piece, it's really, when is it appropriate and when is it

2:32.0

inappropriate to use adaptogens? because I think they're really

2:36.7

commonly seen as this panacea, this incredible source of free energy basically that you can

2:46.9

use without altering any of your lifestyle or dietary modifications and things like that,

2:54.4

which can make the herbalist overlook some of the actually really obvious contributing factors to fatigue

3:05.5

that adaptogens don't actually address. So I want to talk about

3:09.9

all of that here in this episode. Thanks so much for taking the time to tune in. And if you
