of course. It's been a long time coming. I was trying to think of like, I was trying to think

of how we first connected when we were in the car. We were ripping it and I was like, I had so much

time to think. I'm not sure. It might have been, it might have been something on the internet. I

think the first time we met was when you had your show down here in Orlando. Oh, actually, I think.

I remember, I think it's when I got my GTR. I posted something. I wanted somebody to backflip my GTR

and I remember seeing Adam Elsie in the comments, right? And I remember like, I think that was the

first time we ever spoke. I was like, dude, you want to flip my, I didn't even know who you were.

Yeah, and I didn't even know how to backflip. So it's probably a bad introduction, but I do remember

I remember you say something like you had this weird vibe with backflip. And you were killing

on the bike. I appreciate it. All this guy can do it. Tanner Foxe, who ended up backfliping it?

what's going on here. Yeah, so we had a previously just like a normal automotive shop and then

we're looking for another building, a bigger building and kind of got fed up because it was at the

time where the market where you know, you'd find a nice piece of property and then a cash buyer would

swoop in and buy it. And it was millions of dollars for like just normal size warehouses and

I got fed up and I started looking for land. I was like, I'm just going to build my own place.

Sure enough, in land, there was this crazy compound listed and it was, it was a ridiculous price
