0:00.0	At 4 PM on the 21st of September 2001, Aidan Minter was walking along the Thames River in London.
0:08.0	As he approached Tower Bridge, he noticed something floating in the river.
0:12.0	At first he thought it was a barrel and appeared

2:07.0	At around 4 PM on Friday the 21st of September 2001 he was leaving work and making his way home, walking along the Thames and the South Bank in the heart of London.
