Derek.

And if you're one of the many people watching the sci-fi dramedy Severance, you also know

him as that shows protagonist, Mark.

Here's the premise if you haven't seen it.

Severance is set mostly at a company called Lumen Industries in a department where many of

the workers have undergone a procedure called Severance.

Once they've entered Lumen, workers have no memory of their lives outside the office.

And when they leave for the day, they don't remember anything about what happened on

the inside.

I know what you're thinking.

What could possibly go wrong?

When the show starts, Adam's character, Mark, has been working at Lumen for some time.

In fact, he just got a promotion.
