I have a special co-host today. And the reason why I have a co-host is because people just get sick in me by myself. So Dalton Johnson's here. And I'm so glad to have you. Thanks for joining me today, Dalton. Of course, Jess.

Dalton knows all the baseball things.

I learned so much from you.

And we have a lot to unpack because not only is the season underway,

but we're almost getting to a point where I don't know what a small sample size is,

even in a regular season, but I think now after two games,

you can be like, hey, this guy looks like he's going to have a good season. But, you now after two games, you can be like, hey, this guy

looks like he's going to have a good season, but, you know, it's, you know, weird. So we have a 60

game season ahead of us, Dalton. What are your thoughts on what you've noticed so far as far as maybe

individual performances goes? Yeah, you know, I mean, I think, you know, we see an Aaron

judge who hits bomb for bomb. He hits six home runs and five games. And is he going to hit 50 and

60 games or whatever, you know? And then you see other stars that are only hitting 100 right now and

stuff like that. So like you said, as far as small sample size, it's so hard to tell

because it's obviously early, but this whole season is small sample size, right? So, you know,

I think that there's going to be a lot of some random outliers. And I think whether it be

another week or two or whatever that like first kind of tipping point is of like oh is this guy real that'll be

really interesting to see you know who can kind of sustain this after a 60 game sprint even

though like that is still a large chunk of games obviously it's more of a college type season so yeah

...
