Earlier today, I was at my one of my favorite sandwich places. Unfortunately, it's not a little mom and pop.

It was a chain. My favorite chain, I should say Jersey,

mics, not an ad. Don't be ashamed though because they're a very good company. They do a lot of charitable things.

I've heard that. Also, the boss does this really fun thing where every year he has a convention.

Apparently, he does a thing where he picks a person who has the most pride in the company and he gives them their own store.

That's right. I was there and I was ordering my favorite. I was ordering sandwich for you.

The lady was about to slather on some mayo on mine. I said,

oh, no, no, sorry. Not that one. I was sort of instructing her that I didn't want it mics way.

She was about to add something else I didn't want. I said, oh, no, I'm sorry. Very polite. I was very polite.

I pointed over the counter a little bit and she was, keep your hands away.

Like pretty. Did you point how many inches away from her face?

No, I was so far away. It was hovering above the counter and there were little package things on the counter.

I wasn't anywhere near the food, but it was a weird little, I think, maybe power move.

Anyway, how did you rectify the situation?

I just laid on the kindness. I was even nicer and pointed me in the direction of the bathroom.

I thanked her and I called her ma'am. That's happy ending.
