Welcome to Real Gym Radio. I am Daniel Rue, your host, and so happy to have you

with us for this episode. I believe this is the first really, mostly team-specific episode I've

done during this season, but I wanted to talk with Adam Maris of Denver Stiffs, locked on

Nuggets, and then he also has done some great work

in his past for now on calculus.

About this Denver team, I found it so fascinating.

We get into some of the angles early on, so I don't need to necessarily spoil why I think

the Denver Nuggets are so interesting and where it's going.

So we talked mostly about that, but then a little bit towards the end about the rest of the NBA and some of what he's tracking, the Warriors, the Lakers, and a few other things.

So I think there's a lot to get out of it and getting into why what they're doing right now is compelling and the decisions that front office needs to make in the off season and the young guys that they have and everything else.

So really did enjoy it.
