Summary

The Extra Points crew is back as Mikey Meatballs turned 24 over the weekend and Eddie Spaghetti says 24 is the best age. Sal went to Arizona over the weekend and went to an Indoor Football League game (Tucson Sugar Skulls @ Northern Arizona Wranglers) with Harry and his son Jack. Sal recaps the trip and Dave asks if all these fringe sports leagues will still exist in 30 years? With more NFL uniform announcements The Uniformant weighs in on all the new color schemes; Dave does not like all the black uniforms and feels it makes it less special, but a few teams are even worse. Adam Carolla joins the show to discuss his new book Everything Reminds Me of Something: Advice, Answers…but No Apologies. Sal asks Adam what the ratio is of books he’s written versus books he’s actually read. Then the guys discuss everything from touchdown celebrations, trophies in sports and even the best time to be alive. Then Adam weighs in on the best comedian/athletes and which is the best looking helmet in the NFL? The guys close things out by giving their best bets and Dave suggests closest to the pin: how many home runs will Aaron Judge finish the season with? Learn more about your ad choices. 24 years of age is Mikey Meatballs. That's all he is. Sweet is. Can you believe it? I got to say I was upset by that when he told me. I was like, oh, my God, you're only 24. How does that happen?
