And today I am super excited.

We are continuing our series on just healthy living.

And I don't know if you guys have been listening to my podcast over the last few weeks,

but we touched on many subjects that I think a lot of people want to know a little bit about,

at least.

We touched on herbal tinctures.

We touched on mushrooms and how to forage for them.

We touched on green labeling and what does that mean and greenwashing and what

is organic mean.

And today, I have a special guest who is amazing and she is an acupuncturist.

And I'm going to tell you a little bit about her because I think you guys

are going to be very, very interested in what she has to say. Dr. Deb Bilak is a doctor of

acupuncture and oriental medicine and is a board certified licensed acupuncturist who basically went into practice.

She wanted to use holistic health care to help people get real relief and help from the

conditions that most standard Western doctors couldn't seem to fix, couldn't seem to

provide the care they needed to.

And so she specializes in complex chronic cases, including neuropathy, chronic pain, arthritis,

digestive issues, and stress and anxiety.
