And we have been living in rough times since long before the Rona hit.

And so we do our weekly podcast and we try to frame the bad news as delicately and humorously as possible.

So it's not to leave our listeners wanting to

self-definestrate. Self-de-what? So, I'm sorry, what? What did you say? I don't even know what that is.

What's that word? You made that up. Self-defenestrate. So defenestrate means to throw something or

someone out a window. So as far as I'm concerned, self-defenestrate means to throw oneself out a window.
