But we sailed away from Philippi after the days of unleavened bread, and in five days joined them at Troas, where we stayed seven days.

Now, when we were talking about sailing, everybody goes along the coast. So because they went up north, they're now sort of going around

and then down to Antioch. So it's a sort of longer, more circuitous route.

Is Troas, given the region therein, is that the same as Troy?

No.

Okay.

No.

They might have claimed to be at some point.

There was a Roman Troy that is not in the same spot as the actual Troy of the Trojan War.

There were several places that claimed to be,

because already at this point they lost track of where exactly at us.

But, okay.

Now, on the first day of the week week when the disciples came together to break bread we'll pause there for a second right because i've been saying this the whole time and you've

been believing me because you're kind and good people but now it's here in black and right? Remember I've been saying that we've had them

going to the synagogues, right? We've seen the Christians still going to the synagogues,

but they're preaching Christ and learning about Christ in the synagogue, right, on the Sabbath,

right? Seventh day of the week. Here we have explicitly, right, on the first day of the week,
