Welcome to Searchlight, a survey through Scripture with Pastor John Corson.

It is our desire to bring you a systematic study of the

entire Bible, chapter by chapter, book by book. Here on Searchlight, we are looking at the life

and ministry of the Apostle Paul as we study through

the Book of Acts. Paul is a great example of a man that is wholly dedicated to serving

the Lord. In the first part of this chapter, we learned that Paul was a tentmaker. At this point

in his ministry, Paul supported himself with this trade. As we join our teaching today, we will see a dynamic

change in Paul's ministry in the pagan city of Corinth. With our study here now is Pastor John.

Verse 5, When Silas and Timothy finally came from Macedonia, the area of Philippi.

They came with this gift.

Paul now was pressed in the spirit and testified to the Jews that Jesus was Christ.
