That's when you go to California. That's when you go. You go to San Diego in October. Guys, we are in Acts we got to we got some extolling of the breans told uh how they were uh how honorable they were and then paul is going to go to athens and we got to see that uh they were interested in what he has to say because these people only want to hear things new all the time, apparently.

If it's new, they're interested.

Have you not heard it before, tell me more.

And so Paul is, in fact, going to tell them more.

And that's kind of where we ended.

What is this new thing that Paul is going to tell them?

That's right, Dan.

So we pick it up in verse 22.

It says, so Paul, standing in the midst of the Ariopagus, aka Mars Hill, said, men of Athens, I perceive that in every way you are very religious.

Whereas I passed along and observed the objects of your worship,

I found also an altar with this inscription, quote, to the unknown God, unquote.

What therefore you worship is unknown, this I proclaim to you. The God who made the world and

everything in it, being Lord of heaven and earth, does not live in temples made by man,

nor has he served by human hands, as though he needed anything since he himself gives to all

mankind, life and breath, and everything. And he made from one man every nation of mankind

to live on all the face of the earth, having determined allotted periods and the boundaries

of their dwelling place,
