are out there protesting or giving so much of their energy to this movement, the Black Lives movement. And when I say I want to

focus on those people that are out there protesting, I want to focus on their healing. Because

I've said this before on social media and previous episodes that it takes such incredible courage, focus, and energy to stand up for what you believe in and to go out there during a pandemic and literally risk your life

to a virus but also to police brutality and we've seen all of these in just insane images of how the police have responded in this country

But I don't want to focus on them.

Like I said, I want to focus on the protesters, the people that are not only in the streets, but that are

taking this movement on social media. And I want to talk about this week burnout. And shout

out to one of our white allies that have been, they've taken Blackout Tuesday to a whole other level.

They're not just focusing on that day.

They have been posting about Black lives, the movement all week into the second week.

And I hope that they continue.

And I thought this was so important when we talk about mental health and we talk about mental fitness and wellness.

You don't have to live in a large city to experience burnout.
