Hello, beautiful souls. Thank you so much for joining me today. I'm going to walk you through a joy meditation.

This meditation is designed to activate your joy by not only bringing up your frequency, but helping you think through ideas of things that bring you joy that maybe you haven't thought of before.

Before we begin, I wanted to share just a few tips before my meditations that have always helped me.

First, I always look for a high frequency or the opposite, a grounding type of Hertz music to have in the background.

It is proven that sound frequency, the correct ones, actually help calm and ground us.

For today's purposes, I have chosen high vibrational frequency 777 Hertz music played in the background.

The second tip is that I use diaphragmatic breathing before any meditation to calm myself down.

What that is is when you inhale, you breathe through your stomach,

and when you exhale, you exhale completely through your mouth. What's that proven to do

is activate your vagal nerve and help your whole body relax quicker. I'll walk you through that in a minute.

The third tip is when you can get in a comfortable position with your palms facing up,

that allows the universe and your intuition to take in more messages to help you calm and receive the guidance that you need during meditation.

And finally, what I always ask, and it's my new favorite thing, is I ask my guardian angel to help bring through ideas.

So today, before we start, I want you to ask your guardian angel

to bring through ideas of joy, feelings of joy, and things in the future that you can do

that will bring more joy into your life. So let's begin. I want you to close your eyes and I want you sitting

relaxed with your palms facing up towards the sky. Take a deep breath in through your nose

so that as you breathe in, your stomach expands.

Breathe in completely and then exhale through your mouth.

Let's do that again. Breathe in through your nose.
