Well, today, we've got another guest joining us on our show.

We've been in and dated with guests recently.

Robert is an actor, and one of his most recent roles was in a public information film

about symptoms and signs of a heart attack.

A little while after the release of this film, Robert suffered a heart attack himself,

and he joins us today to tell us his story and how his recent role probably saved

his life. So I'd like to welcome Robert McAvity. So good morning, Robert, and thanks very much

for agreeing to come on the podcast. And perhaps just for our listeners, you could let us know a little

bit about your career. Yeah, thank you. I mean, it's, it's been a challenging change of career, really.

I wanted to be an actor when I was a kid.

But coming from the slums of Glasgow, you know, I was, I was born on the

Gobol, literally a house birth and a tournament block.

And I think it was quite hefty 13 pounds to poor Irish Catholic descendant family
