And by the way, I went to dinner with a very dear friend last night who for her birthday, her husband got her piano tuned tuned and I couldn't wait to tell you.

Every day is Lynette's birthday with that son.

Yeah, you know it's what I came in here and watched you doing some talking before I came on, I thought of Simon's song still crazy

after all these years. I used to listen to you all those years on K-Rock and other

places and who would think that today you'd have this empire and I would be writing a book about Paul Simon with Paul's biography and we'd be you know be sitting here together because it's been a long it feels like it's been a long journey Adam since you know following his stuff his well thank you a lot of my beginnings my really kind of got in with

Shelby Coffey the third who was you how did you do that well he was the editor of the

L. A times yeah in you know I always sort of credit Jimmy Kimmel for back in the day

but I made my way to Boxing Coach at a place in Pasadena. Shelby got transferred out here from, I don't know, Maryland or Washington Post.
