Well, it was a kind of a complex circumstantial case, and I think back in the late 80s, they weren't doing the kinds of cases that we do now.

So I think it was a very compelling case, but it was a situation where the case was not filed.

No, I took up the case 99 or 2000. We ended up filing it and trying the case in 2002.

But essentially this guy is free for over a decade and then you come around and then you incarcerate him.
