Just enjoy.

Spread that joy little.

Like I'm going to watch the games on Sunday with a few guys and I'm going to exceed my

caloric normal count and I'm going to enjoy myself and cheer on my team. I'm going to be loud about it, I'm going to do my thing or when I'm racing my car.

I do my thing, man, I enjoy it, and everything else simply falls away.
