I was here for the first week you did a podcast.

Yes. When the radio show ended abruptly and you started doing this and this was a garage.

Yes.

And I came back a year later and you'd built that a little more.

And then a year later and then it was built a little more.

Now it's a studio.

This is a full-blown production facility.
