thanks for having me my pleasure BJ has himself a book out called why fight the belt is just an

accessory it is out as we speak and it doesn't seem like there's a lot of mixed martial arts guys writing books,

or at least I've not heard about a lot of them.

Why did you write this one?

Yeah, there's not too many guys writing books.

Actually, my brother and some of my counsel, I guess, they kept telling me, write the book, write the book.

I said, no, we're too busy. You know, we don't got time me write the book write the book I said nowhere we're too busy

you know we don't got time to write a book we got a train the fight and this and that and

they just kept in my year so finally we we got it down whenever we could took about a year

and a half just talking with the co-author Dave Weintraub.
