You're talking about fighting this, this fight to prevent the Alien Enemies Act deportations in a number of different jurisdictions, right? You're down in Texas, in multiple

jurisdictions. There's a case in Colorado. There's a case in New York. How come you couldn't just

bring one case in one federal jurisdiction and get a nationwide stay? Can you remind us how we got

to where we are? Sure. This is a great question, actually.

This goes back to a different case in our Alien Enemies Act docket that reached the Supreme

Court earlier.

So when we first heard that the president had made a proclamation declaring that this Venezuelan gang was invading the United States as a preliminary, you know, as a prelude to invoking the AEA.

We heard about this before he ever published that proclamation.

And we rushed into the federal court in Washington, D.C.

And on a Saturday, I believe it was March 15th, we got a temporary restraining order from the district judge in Washington, D.C., basically granting the temporary restraining order that we requested, and then extending it in order to basically freeze the status quo so that the president couldn't rush our clients out of the United States.

And it turns out to this gulag, the Seacot prison in El Salvador.
