Welcome to the Positive Mindset Podcast, where we work together to raise our vibration,

lift our perspective, and build a positive mindset.

My name is Henry, and in this episode, we're going to talk about what you can do when you

decide on a vision and then you start moving towards it, when you start taking those little

steps to completing your goal

and how quickly things can manifest.

But before we get started, we're going to take a few moments to meditate together, to get in alignment with our highest frequency,

and we're going to do this with a deep healing breath.

So when we breathe in, we're going to think of the highest vibration word that aligns with us. So I'm going to pick the word abundance, but you can pick any word that you like. You could pick love. You could pick joy. You could pick happiness, anything that you want to resonate with. And as you're breathing in, you're going to say that word over and over and over in your head. And as you're holding your breath, you're going to visualize yourself doing something in that vibrational state.

And once you exhale, anything that no longer resonates with you will leave you and you'll be left

in a more positive state. So let's go ahead and take a deep breath in. And out.

And I think together we can really have a great conversation on what you can manifest when you have a vision and then you just start moving forward towards it. So to kind of break down what I'm talking about here. I'm going to use the podcast, for example, but I want you to think about right now, just think in your head, what you would like to do.

Is it own your own business?

Is it create a certain amount of wealth, a certain amount of joy and experience?

I think about what you would like to do and what that means for you.
