We're going to go into something now which everybody needs to talk about, but nobody ever does.

Your ultimate assignment is called the work you're called to do. Jesus said, Father, I thank you

that I finished the work you gave me to do and I glorified your name. What is the work? The career

convergence, the work, I could put the word up here. What's the work you're called to do? I'm going to tell you the

interesting thing about this is why is there's so much emphasis on the heart, on character, on the

fruit of the spirit, on maturity, on integrity. Well, because all those words go into a thing

called the wheel of life. That's your financial life, your emotional life, your marriage life, your

family life, your physical health, your marriage life, your family life,

your physical health, et cetera. What we found out is your personal capacity will determine your

career capacity. Worst thing can happen is you go into the arena here, you tear up to the top,

the ultimate manifestation of what you're capable of doing,

and then get knocked right out,

which is the story in the Bible over and over again,

of great exploits followed by personal tragedy.

And what does it have to tell us?

Personal capacity is the prerequisite to career convergence,

moving in the thing God called you to do. We're going to be
