Every day I've lived by trying to be productive a minimum of 64 hours a day of productivity of value.

And I do it seven days a week because I don't believe in work.

I believe in activity I get paid for in activity I don't get paid for.

I sold legal research online, so there was a legal publisher who had a huge monopoly, West

publishing, and they just were taking their books and putting them online.

And it was a slow internet 93. Yeah. My mom thought I was a fad. So I, one other lesson might just

because your parents love you doesn't mean they give you good

advice. You should take their advice, appreciate it, and be grateful for it, but it doesn't mean

you have to take it. So just because someone loves you doesn't mean they give you good

advice. I ended up selling, which I made a million dollars nine months out of law school.

And I think this is one of the most valuable lessons I can give people.

I'm a productivity and accessibility person so I looked at and honestly connected the dots

backwards and said I'm 250,000 at plan right that's my comp plan that's why I took the job

because I wanted to make money I wasn't gonna be a real lawyer quote unquote like my mom said I had to take the

bar but I was gonna sell and I was gonna make 250 and I looked at it and said,

hold on a second, if these guys can make 250 work in eight hour days, I'm going to work 16 hours.

And if they're going to be average efficient, I'm going to be twice as efficient. So my 16 hour days become

32 hour days. And then I'm going to practice being statistically successful by going on more

meetings and closing more deals.
