You started wholesaling in 2021?

Yeah, April of 2021.

And then what happened that first year?

2.6 million dollars, all virtually.

So my first four months, when I jumped into this space, I came into it with money, right? I didn't come into it broke. So I wasn't worried about living deal to deal. And I had two options.

I could build a team, because I had a team of 150 people

in my office in Fort Lauderdale.

I had a hundred of those in my sales. I called my sales pit, right?

It was a hundred, over a hundred cubicles in my office. So I knew how to scale a team.

And when I was getting ready to jump into wholesaling,

I'm like, all right, do I?

Because I had built a massive team,

but it had been a minute since I had built one from scratch.

Yeah, right?

That I had had that company for almost a decade.

So I'm like, all right, wow.

I forget what it was like in the beginning stages of building that thing.
