Welcome to Searchlight. A survey through scripture with Pastor John Corson. It is our desire to bring you a

systematic study of the entire Bible chapter by chapter book by book.

On our last program we began looking at a story in Joshua chapter 7 which illustrates

the problem of sin. In this story we saw that one man sin

affected an entire nation and it caused death in his own life and in the life of

his family. This in the life of his family.

This is the problem with sin.

It hurts us and hurts those we love.

This is why a loving God tells us to stay away from sin.

As we conclude this teaching today,

John will share with us some important insights

into this issue of sin.

These insights will give us understanding

in our mind about sin so that we can change our

heart towards sin and there is also an amazing twist in this story. As we join
