including murder as an act of terrorism and in the state of New York, first degree murder, which is

rather rare. It raises some complex legal questions about due process, public bias, things of this nature.

Without further ado, best guest, Joe Petuto, she joined the faculty of the University of Nebraska in 1974.

She teaches federal jurisdiction, constitutional law, sports law, crimp pro, as they say.

She's taught everywhere at other schools.

And she is our go-to here.
