while I'm doing this but anyway here's something I haven't done before.

It may not be surprising to you that a lot of companies contact me and they want to talk about

their products on the podcast and most of the time I just, I'm like, no, it's fine, no, I don't want

to do that.

But Accu Check one to talk about their meter, the guide. And like all right so you're going to send somebody on it'll be clear to people that this is you know you talking about it.

All right I'm up for that we'll try it and see how it goes.

So just keep it around a half an hour though and I don't want to be an

info-martialized and I you know we can talk about the product that's fine but I

want to have a conversation with whoever calls me and that's what I told the

PR person I said let them know I'm gonna want to have a conversation with them

just like I do.

It's not gonna be some softball thing

where I asked them a question

that they know I'm gonna ask,

and then they answer it in some way

that they've already pre-planned.

I was like, I won't do that.
